In the 'Which Glatorian...' topic it was decreed that Ackar, Perditus and Vastus were to young to feature as Glatorian in Lein's Tale.
So then I thought - Ackar and vastus are actually still pretty old, the oldest 'still Glatorian' Glatorian, so we suggested that there were two trainees on the Lein mission and I thought...
Ackar and Vastus may not be old enough to be Glatorian way back then, but old enough to be young trainees? Could young Ackar and young Vastus be the trainees mentioned?

Go and shoot holes in this.

It's a good idea, but check this out -- it's part of the post I quoted in the poll that was closed.

The way I interpret this, it means Ackar was not around when Lein was -- as in not born. However, I could be wrong. Maybe someone should ask Greg to confirm this?

From what I can see, Greg's answer seems pretty specific. At any rate, even if there were a very, very young Ackar, he would be far too young to be wandering across the desert.

Any information to the contrary can be posted in the Brainstorming Topic.
