So, I'm Lord Nektann. You might have seen me on the chatbox. Or your computer hates you and you haven't (It's K, Naruto XD).

So, let me introduce you to Plast!, now the majority owner of Mata Nui Inc. AKA. Bioran23 is now your ultimate boss, and Shadow Kurahk helps him. Celu is second to those two.

Plast! Productions
Plast! Productions is a company based all over the world led by teenagers. The leader, Bioran23, lives in Hong Kong, the location of the Plast! server. Bioran23 is the chairman, and the vice-chairman is Aoran. Veerseif is the COO, while Shadow Kurahk is the CIO. Plast! has won an IEAward for their great work while is the company that runs KanohiJournal, Chronicles, KANOHI.novus, and owns part of MNI.

KanohiJournal
Started in 2008 as a predecessor to the NewsTablet, KanohiJournal published BZP and BS01 editions. After a while, it split off under the leadership of Bioran23. After several redesign's, KJ is where it is now. Their contests have been for the Aqua Blaster Blade, Surel, Iron Wolf, and Nikila. They post articles every day, and currently are the largest BIONICLE eMagazine on the web. Their affiliates contain high-profile names like C.I.R.C.L.E, BIONICLE: Next Generation, BIONICLE: Year One, and The Chronicler German eMagazine. Their mascots are Faxon wearers, and Crotesius riding the Cendox V1. In June KanohiJournal launched Chronicles and KANOHI.novus.

Chronicles
Chronicles is an eBook project run by Plast!. It focuses on taking media and producing eBooks from them. They have put several web serials and short stories into eBooks to be read through any eBook reading device. The first one was The Many Deaths of Toa Tuyet. It also focuses on having fan-submitted publications being submitted into eBooks for fan reading pleasure. As well, the Chronicles team is producing eBooks of their own to supplement BIONICLE story. The first one will be The Complete Legend (TCL), a compendium of every BIONICLE set ever. The second will be the three-part Solis Magna Atlas. It will be a canon guide to the Solis Magna system, including the Matoran Universe and Spherus Magna. It also will feature descriptions of the planets seen at the beginning of The Legend Reborn.

KANOHI.novus
KANOHI.novus is the ultimate project to keep fans involved in BIONICLE. One part of KANOHI.novus is KANOHI.novus Games. This will be led by Ungatt Turnn, and will be a collection of fan-made BIONICLE games. Game creators for KANOHI.novus will be creating fan games. KANOHI.novus Comics will be a series where non-illustrated BIONICLE storyline will be drawn by KANOHI.novus artists. The first comic will be Federation of Fear. The Bara Magna RPG will be a Windows XNA game for all Windows devices. The game will feature the 'Hero Agori' from My Lego Network and his adventures during 2009 and 2010 story. Apps for Andorid and Apple devices will also be created. The Spherus Magna News Network will be an animated video podcast with KANOHI.novus, BIONICLE: Next Generation, and The Three Virtues workers. It will be a news network on Spherus Magna. BIONICLE: Next Generation's films will be produced through KANOHI.novus

KanohiJournal Outreach
Formed with the merge of Plast! and MNI, KJO promotes MNI and Plast! projects, as well as improves better public relations. Every MNI worker works on this project, as part of the agreement that lead to the merge.


Beyond
An exciting new science-fiction project to begin in 2011, "Beyond" is a placeholder name for a new sci-fi story set on an extraterrestrial world in our universe. Completely non-BIONICLE related, the story features a brand new civilization on a new setting, of which the majority of the populace are brainwashed by religious beliefs. As disaster approaches, will this civilisation find a way out of their obscured beliefs? Or will they be subjected to their deaths?


Well, there you have it MNI workers. Even I learned some stuff about KANOHI.novus. Hope this will bring you up to speed on Plast! operations.

Also they only own 60% of us. MNInc can do what ever with the other 40% we can even give to Plast! if we wanted to but were not.

Still. They control you XD. Majority owner. The 40% left is divided among MNI peoples.
