About the Grand Creation

The Grand Creaion is the third serial to be produced for Ancient Chronicle, the currently leading project of the fan-based organization Mata Nui Incorporated. In-story, the Great Beings' leader, the Elder has been pushing the creation of a testing robot for over a decade, and abusing the Great Beings after his rise to power several centuries ago.

Two Great Beings will decide to put an end to this experiment, as well as this Elder - but they soon find out it's harder than they though. The Elder then assigns several Agori and Glatorian to uncover the truth. Slowly, they find themselves digging even deeper than they thought, as they unravel a conspiracy that has been running for eons.


About the Audiobook

The Audiobook will be a direct transition of the serial into audio form, to be voiced by ValkyrieLightDragon. It will as well feature the 'TGC theme' track implemented into it, which is to be produced in the MNI Soundtrack.

What about Origins e-book recordings? Do the authors all read their respective chapters?

Celu/RM are incharge of taking care the eBook ever gets done. Also, each eBook will only use one voice actor to read them out, as it would get distracting if the voice kept constantly changing.

Also....should I, at the start, add in information such as: "Mata Nui Inc presents 'The Grand Creation', a fan-fiction created by [author names here], and narrated by VLD (full name said, of course). [now I will say the chapter number]" Or is what I have said enough? Just tell me, and I can add those things in.

Finally got time to listen to this...

Ok I like the reading, and your voices are good with different characters. the only thing I would advise you to do in future is to pause more, especially in between segments. Other than that, your voice is pretty

I guess go ahead and record the bulk of the rest of TGC that is finished, and add official things like "MNI presents... etc." when we decide on them.

@GT: Thanks. :3 I'm glad you like that I change my voice slightly for each character. I was worried it'd be too cheesy. XP And like Riglax said: the pauses can be edited in. XD

Okays, so, for the "MNI studios etc." intro, do I just record what I posted before?

I dunno. Let's say something along the lines of "Ancient Chronicle presents the Grand Creation Chapter *number* written by *author's name* and produced by Mata Nui Inc."

If you need author's names and lists, just tell me.

@Riglax: Please, yes, do give me the list of authors for whatever chapter are done. That would make things infinitely easier.

I've added some very minor 'echo' effect in the memory bits and pieces for both. If you don't like it, I can easily remove it.

Good job with the epilogue, VLD. I like the echoing effect, and my writing seems to have translated into audio quite well. I can't listen to the prologue, though -- when I click on the link, I'm brought to a page that says, "Sorry, the page (or document) you have requested is not available," and below that, "Please check the address and try again."

I love the Epilogue so far. It sounds awesome. However, I'm on the same boat with LL here. I can't view the prologue. :/

You did a great job with the prologue, VLD! I did notice a few things that should be edited in the prologue itself, though, particularly a tense change somewhere in the middle; you shouldn't have to do a full redo of the recording if I make those edits, though.

That's fine, just tell me the changes and where they're supposed to go, and I'll record them.

Question: With the due date being March 23/24, do I need to get the ebook recordings done by then? Because I seriously won't be able to (with all the chapters that suddenly appeared out of no-where). XD

Of course not, that's the date the written serial is done. The eBook releases will be later on.

Sorry for double-post, but I've got another Q:

Any particular way I should pronounciate 'Protasious'? Is it 'Pro-tey-shee-ous' or 'Pro-tey-see-ous'? Or 'Praw-tas-ee-ous'? ('tas' as in 'apple')

If there are any other names that should have a specific way of being said, or is that up to me?

I've always pronounced it as 'Praw-tas-ee-ous', and to be honest, it sounds the best.

I always thought it was pronounced "pro-TAH-see-us" ("ah" being the short A sound).

"Praw" makes me think of "aww". "Pro" has a long O sound.
