So far, I am liking this. It looks sweet, and the idea itself has potential. I suggest using some more popular references from Bionicle and culture to conclude them in some sort of clever puns, or point out some really silly stuff in Bionicle/culture.

However, that's my view of how you should improve; you might wanna take this in a different direction.

You should try adding some Dilbert references; I don't read the strip myself, but I've heard it parodies actual workplace events very well. Tongue
