Chapter 3:

• With ¼ left in the stone army, Pior sends a female assassin to kill the leaders of the Sea and Magma tribes.
• The assassin is captured and held for ransom, the stone leader refuses to give up and so the assassin is killed.
• The stone tribe tries a surprise attack by traveling up a secluded river. They are met mysteriously by a light regiment from the Sea/Magma Tribe with some Synisters as back up, in the fight only 100 stone tribe warriors survive not including the Stone leader who was killed, the stone tribe also learns there must be a mole in the midst.

Chapter 4:

• The commander-in-chief of the Stone Tribe starts lies in the army of stone, he wants to see who is the first warrior to leave the camp so he knows who’s the mole.
• The lead stone scout, Eneir, is the mole and chickens out and runs away to the Sea/Magma Tribe’s camp.
• The stone tribes remain 100 warriors and the commander-in-chief follow him and attack the Sea/Magma army all 100 stone tribe warriors are killed and the commander-in-chief is captured, then executed.

Alright, I'm ready to brainstorm. Specifically what should I help with?

Well we need to brainstorm the last chapter, go read the other fleshed out chapters first. They can be found back in the topic.

It seems like you guys really know what you're doing with the plot you've decided to handle--but what about everything else? I mean, this Stone-S/M Tribe relationship seems realistic and definitely fleshed-out excellently, but what else is going on with the other tribes? And with the rest of the world, for that matter? Politics should also definitely be considered--they're not necessary, but they make everything more interesting, and after all, politics are more commonplace during wartime than actual battles.

Just pointing out something, in case it helps at all--I've found there are three kinds of POV in wartime fiction. In no particular order--

--The odyssey of the individual(s). Like all fiction, there're some main chars. Regardless of whether they're affiliated with some army, or some nation, or have any allegiance whatsoever, there's going to be a lot of segments from the POV of an individual char; his/her thoughts, emotions, actions, etc. Not just how they play in with the rest of the world, but that char alone. For example, Harry's the pivotal character in the wizarding world, but he has his own love and interests and swirling emotions apart from all that.

--The actual battles that take place during a war. This POV focuses on the fighting forces as a whole--not the one-on-war fights, but the full-on, army-on-army battle; this POV doesn't talk about the people, it takes about the whole armies in real-time action.

--Politics. This is the POV that talks about what goes on between whole nations; it's often told from the POV of those nations' leaders; but this POV usually forgets the bias and emotion of that leader, and focuses on the politics of war. It can be fun if you get what you're talking about, and really adds a lotta spice to the story.

I do see. Though I was focusing on the demise of the Stone Tribe and the rise of the GBs new era.

Nah, I get that part, after all, that is the main plot--but the rest can't be totally neglected; other current events are probably going to a major influence on that primary plot too. Look at it this way--human nature is to be more concerned with oneself than with the lives of others (let's avoid a philosophical debate on that. ), but we are [relatively] mildly concerned with everyone else, both because they interest us, and because their actions affect ours.

So you basically say, we should focus a bit on what's going on with the SM world in general? That would be great. We can add some elements without leaving out Clued's work. That could work out pretty good.

On to the actual content, I think that all of the planet must be shaked by war, and in war stuff happen, such as new technologies coming up, and the GBs built these news "implants", while everyone want to have them. The economy would also be collapsing too.

Maybe they can sign a petition to separate into seven tribes.

Okay, that would be awesome, let's get brainstorming.

Yeah, just give off the mood that everything's really chaotic, there's pretty much a total lack of any control and legitimate authority, and most importantly just that everything's moving really FAST. Maybe kill off a pivotal char early-ish on, like chap four or five? Someone the reader would never expect, and someone whose death would initiate something really significant in terms of the whole way. Maybe an anonymous assassin who left a note, for some mystery?

This might be a long shot, but what if we throw in a religious cult who assassinates this guy? Always creeped me out.

Well since this is going to be longer then 5 chapters, I'm moving the total of chapters up to 10.

A religious colt might offend people, but like what religion? Also, it might count as a rule breaking on BZP.

Okay, guys, lets get the last chapter brainstorming going!

Here's Chapter 5;

• The GBs arrive in the south and the demand a meeting with the senators about their promise to them.
• They have the meeting, this is what is decided; the Magma tribe is split into the Fire, Sand, and Iron Tribes. The Sea Tribe is split into the Water, Jungle, and Ice Tribes.
• They also invite the Skrall from the north to become part of their society as the Rock Tribe, the Skrall agree.
• Months later the society is underway, there is peace and harmony; at least for now.

Note AB isn't done and there is a bit more planning of the story to do.

Whoa Clued, wait. Why is AB so small? 5 chapters ONLY? Whaat? Why not at least 7 to 10?
