Which tribe should Dyra be part of?

Up until now I had assumed Dyra would be a Jungle Tribe Agori; but then I realized that some of you out there may not see it quite that way. So, I created this poll to see what you guys think.

Jungle would make the most sense.

Jungle -- I see it hard, getting loved with an other Tribe member.

It shouldn't be that hard. Some Agori like to roam, and it ought to be a regular occurance to have Agori from, say, the Fire Tribe living with Jungle Tribe Agori.

Though Jungle Tribe does make the most sense at the moment... However, it would be interesting if we portrayed Dyra as a member of the Fire Tribe, and living up to that title with her fiesty, upbeat attitude.

Actually I would say, they never lived united, for that matter they weared their armor to look different from others. This would mean that they only came in contact, when they were trading something or when they went to Atero. Thus, they might even not want that by themselves, so it's still hard to imagine.

The armor, I believe, is simply used to show which tribe you support. Glatorian have been known to change their armor color when joining with a new tribe, so it's likely Agori will do the same thing, except without changing their armor.

Just a thought.

Maybe have her be green but live in Atero.

Actually, I had asked Greg myself, and he said, that they wear it to show in which tribe they belonged to.

I don't know... honestly, we already have a lot of inspiration already (at least, in my opinion). Plus, I'd rather not delve into anything more than a sort of 'casual romance', as I have absolutely no real-life experience with that sort of thing.

I can write on a more noncasual thing, not that I have experienced that stuff, but I've written about it before.

The thing is, I don't want the way it's portrayed to seem like it is in books and movies. In there it's too cheesy, because part of the plot often involves finding 'that special someone'. That part of the love story is not going to surface in Lein's Tale because Lein and Dyra are already together, and they have to deal with business more than romance.

Yeah, that came off like an excuse to not have to deal with that stuff, but it makes sense.

We don't want to focus on the romance end of it, because, one, we want to appeal to a wide male audience (myself included ), and two, that's not the focal point of the story. No kiss scenes, no asking-her-out-on-a-date moments, nothing like that; we are focusing on the effects the black market had on Lein's life.

Sorry if that seems like a rant; it's rather late over here in New Jersey.

Also, I'm sure that if I put my mind to it, I could write a romance story. The thing is, that's not really relevant to the Lein's Tale plot.

Since all of the votes in this poll are for Dyra being the Jungle Tribe -- and since I could've sworn we'd recognized that fact already -- this poll is now close-i-fied.
