After thinking it over a bit, I think I've came up with a good solution to clearing up the disorder with everything so far. 
Here's my idea of what we should do over the next few months, and it'd be great if you guys could offer some feedback.
The idea is this:
Within the near future, this is what will happen:
1) We will aim to deliver The Complete Legend by the holiday season, or at least some parts of it. If possible, I'd like the heads of B:A to notify the entire team about the arrangements above, make sure they register onto this forum so that everything can be handled much more smoothly.
Also, if anybody has Microsoft Publisher 2007/2010 and administrative rights on their computer, make sure they/you contact me. And here I must stress the need to get everybody onto this forum so communication can be smoother and we can make more progress. Please also ask our friends at B:NG whether anybody is interested with the publishing/writing of TCL.
2) Canon-related items will not be done by B:A. They will either be done either under MNI's name and, depending on its nature, released through Chronicles and/or KANOHI.novus, or done directly under Chronicles or KANOHI.novus. Proper discussions must take place on this forum in a topic regarding "affiliation projects" before they go ahead. (This is so we don't end up being confused about what is going on and creating distance between everything.)
3) I would like B:A to get some of its work released ASAP, and I'd like you guys to release your works both through Chronicles and KANOHI.novus, depending on its nature, and of course topics in the appropriate forums on BZP/elsewhere. Basically, short stories go into the short stories forum, with links to the download page for the ebook version on Chronicles, and comics go to the comics forum, with links to the appropriate download page. I want to do this because there are some features of the new KJ which haven't been put to use (Chron review, Kn review) and I really want to get them started.
4) The MNI logo will be redesigned. For now, I'd like you guys to stop using it, whether in your sigs or whatever. The new logo will match the group more appropriately and create a sense of individuality.
5) Regarding KJO, I'm sorry I haven't made much progress on the topic. XD I'll try to work on it ASAP. But the first things I'd like you guys to do would be to put on banners and such on BZP and other places. I hope to get them done during my holiday week in October.
Look this for BA stuff. Decided by me and Bioran.

- BIONICLE: Ancients will carry on doing what it's doing. (Fanfic stories, fanfic comics, fan music/games etc.) However, as I listed, B:A will be responsible for fanon content only. It will not involve canon and will merely be an organized fanon project. The canon stuff will be done in other MNI or direct-Plast! projects.
- All B:A staff will be offered either 1) a role on the KJ/KJ HF, or 2) a role on Chron, or 3) a role on Kn, or 4) roles on all. This will be a voluntary choice, of course, but if a B:A staff refuse to take up an additional responsibility with Plast!, they can only remain as a member of B:A and not a MNI staff.
- I wish to talk with B:NG, B:YO etc. in forming "The Kanohi Network" - basically a proper grouping of all our affiliates. This will allow us to share resources, collaborate on projects etc. We will also create a TKN topic on BZP, where everything will gather at one place with links to individual topics etc.
