After a lot of tweaking, fixing, texturing, adding, deleting, replacing, and remodeling, I have finished the EL of Ice.

one thing i will say is you might want to also have a few pics from another angle so we get to see more than just the front tho

its hard to explain but id say have the camera slightly higher than the top of the head and off to the side alil aswell then make the camera look down and across alil.

make sence? thats what id personally think would make it look better but thats just me

I think I get it; raise the camera and then angle it down and to the side, right? If so, I'll try it when I have some spare time.

yeh. its just from that angle you can see how "thick" the body is and things alot better than from a solid front veiw

I'm sorry, but I haven't had time to do the alternate renders...I'll try to get them done by the end of the week. However, I do have some other models that I finished a while ago:

Sorry about the lack of updates, but I haven't had access to a computer with fully functional internet capabilities until now (sure, I have to use dial-up, but this computer is a heck of a lot faster than the piece of junk I've been using for the past six months or so). I've taken that time to fine-tune a few models, and I've learned a bit about render settings too. The Minion (Rozome) is being taught to rig by a friend of mine, so expect some epicly posed models to come at some point in the future. Smile

I made a beautiful close-up render of the EL of Ice, but I'd rather that it'd be rigged and posed before I go showing it off. LOL

Things've been quiet in this section lately, so I might as well give you all a progress update (of sorts). I'm working out some minor texturing problems (then again, they're not so much problems as getting used to Blender 2.6's methods instead of 2.5's). I should have some expanded images up later today, as well as some non-frontal views later in the week.

Unfortunately, my progress on new models is greatly impeded by the lack of digital pieces available to use. If somebody is interested in modeling some of those pieces, I could put together a list of what we need modeled for them sometime this weekend.

HN if you could PM me a list of what you need in the form of a scale.
so for example if you have 10 objects you want modeled have number 1 being the thing you most want modeled and 10 being the thing you least need modeling.

i'll give most of the peices ago at for ya.
